Since 1969, Greater Hickory Cooperative Christian Ministry has served as the area’s hub for providing and coordinating services for the uninsured and people and families in crisis, living in poverty and/or experiencing homelessness. Today, we remain a faith-based, volunteer driven organization providing a wide array of programs, services and solutions. People come to GHCCM seeking help with both simple and complex problems.
 
They may need assistance with bills, clothing, housing or are dealing with substance abuse, physical/emotional abuse, health problems, food insecurity, employment, mental health, finances, faith and spiritual care, etc.
